Editorial

Welcome to Issue 14 of Tracks Of Creation. This is the last issue with the current layout. In fact, the changes currently under way for the next issue of TOC are so dramatic that in a sense the current magazine will no longer be in existence. The Next issue will be called Tracks of Creation, Volume II to reflect this distinction. The layout will be the most obvious change, but we also hope you will notice an increase in the quality of the written material as well as a dramatic increase in the overall amount of content available. Basically, every once in a while it is necessary to drag oneself out of one's complacent attitude of always doing the same thing and sweep everything away for something new. That said, you will not find us singing the praises of the new Spice Girls album - we are not changing the focus of the magazine or trying to be hip and trendy. Our intent remains the same as it has always been througout the history of TOC - to assist in the growth of the heavy, hard and dark music scene, to expose the best underground talent and to provide objective, impartial music reviews.

I must personally apologise for the lateness of this issue. The cocktail of extraneous commitments, including work, school etc. was just too much for me this time around.
